Show Me Love DC Coalition Launched

Stepping up to provide free and low-cost therapy to LGBTQ+ survivors

Wanda Alston Foundation & LGBT+ Counseling Collaborative

Washington, DC - The Wanda Alston Foundation is excited to announce a new coalition with the LGBT+ Counseling Collaborative, founded by SC Nealy, LPC, called Show Me Love DC. Together, we will provide free and low-cost therapy to LGBTQ+ District residents who are survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and/or anti-LGBTQ+ violence.

Ben Rosen, Program Director, Wanda Alston Foundation:
“No one should have to navigate trauma alone. Through Show Me Love DC, we’re working to make sure LGBTQ+ survivors have access to the care and support they need to heal.”

SC Nealy, LPC, Founder, LGBT+ Counseling Collaborative:
“Everyone deserves a safe place to heal and someone in their corner. Show Me Love DC is about making that possible for LGBTQ+ survivors, regardless of their ability to pay.”
